Cancellation Policy
72 hours notice is required for cancellations. One night’s stay will be charged if less than 72 hours notice is received.
No Show Policy
No Shows will be charged for one night’s stay.

Smoking Policy
Simmons Motel & Suites is a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside the building is prohibited (this is a State Law and is non-negotiable). Violations will result in a $100 Cleaning Fee.
Room Inventory
Items in rooms are inventoried during every check-out. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the card on file.
Pool Policy
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age. Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM.
Law Enforcement Policy
If Law Enforcement (City, County, State, or other) is ever called to the motel due to a disturbance involving you, your guests or your visitors for any reason, you may be asked to leave the motel immediately with no refund.
No Accommodations for Pets
Pets are not accepted at our facility. Any violation of this policy will result in a $100 Pet Cleaning Fee.
